Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time for your appointment, as arriving late will not only lessen your time spent with us, but the effectiveness of your treatment & most importantly your pleasure & enjoyment. As a courtesy to all of our clients, all treatments are completed as scheduled.
We understand that sometimes it is necessary for you to change your schedule. Out of consideration for others we kindly ask you to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you wish to change or cancel an appointment. If no notice is given a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred & no shows will be charged at full price.
To ensure availability we recommend you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the Spa. Please note a credit card number is required to guarantee any appointment over $50.00. Spa packages & group services require 50% deposit & advanced booking.
Payment is expected at the time of service.
Coupon and Gift Certificates must be present at time of service.
